Urgent Opening: Auto Body Technician!

A, B & C Level Technicians Apply. 

4 Day work week! (offered not required) after 90 days, imagine 3 day weekends!

Are you a skilled and passionate Collision Repair Technician looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise?

Join our team at Streamline Auto Body, a leading automotive repair facility dedicated to providing exceptional collision repair services with no aftermarket, counterfiet parts. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collision Repair Technician to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct a thorough disassembly and a pre repair structural 3d measurment to identify all needed parts and procedures for a proper safe repair.
– Perform all necessary collision repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and panel alignemnts
– Ensure accurate and timely reassembly in accordance with manufacturer specifications
– Utilize advanced equipment and tools to effectively restore vehicles to pre-accident condition
– Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
– Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively with customers to ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
– Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Collision Repair Technician
– Solid knowledge of automotive repair techniques and manufacturer requirments
– Proficiency in using various collision repair tools and equipment
– Ability to interpret and follow OEM technical repair manuals and diagrams
– Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
– Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
– Certification or formal training from an accredited automotive repair program
– Experience with advanced repair technologies, such as computerized frame measuring systems or paintless dent repair
– Familiarity with working on a variety of vehicle makes and models

– Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical individuals
